1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Alexandra Ruth Bergman Photography (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Production

All products sold by Alexandra Ruth Bergman Photography are produced on demand and printed specifically for each customer order through our production partner Gelato. Product images and mockups are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in color, scale, or placement may occur due to production methods and screen settings.

 

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in SEK and include applicable VAT in accordance with EU regulations, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. Secure third-party payment providers are used.

 

4. Order Process & Binding Agreement

A binding purchase agreement is formed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation by email. As all products are made to order and production typically begins immediately, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or technical errors.

 

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

 

As all products sold by Alexandra Ruth Bergman Photography are printed on demand, they qualify as custom-made goods. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to:

  • change of mind

  • ordering the wrong size, color, or design

  • incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

This does not affect your statutory rights in case of defective or incorrect goods.

 

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

You have the right to file a complaint for goods that are defective, damaged, or incorrect in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260).

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and provide:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photographic evidence

If the complaint is approved, we will, at our discretion, provide:

  • a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • a refund, if replacement is not possible.

 

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, production time, and carrier conditions. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery, in accordance with applicable EU and Swedish consumer protection laws. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This does not limit or exclude the customer’s statutory rights.

 

8. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alexandra Ruth Bergman Photography shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, delays beyond our reasonable control, or minor variations in product appearance resulting from the production process. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights under EU or Swedish law.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, images, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Alexandra Ruth Bergman Photography or its licensors and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

11. Personal Data & Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how personal data is collected, processed, and stored.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute, consumers may contact:

  • the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), or

  • the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

 

Consumers also retain the right to bring claims before a competent court.

 

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase shall apply to the order.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. General

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through Alexandra Ruth Bergman Photography. All products are produced on demand and printed specifically for each order in cooperation with our production partner Gelato.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

 

As all products are printed only after an order is placed, they qualify as custom-made goods.
Therefore, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to:

  • change of mind

  • ordering the wrong size, color, or design

  • incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You always have the right to file a complaint for goods that are:

  • defective

  • damaged upon arrival

  • materially different from what was ordered

 

In accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to ensure efficient handling.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photographs showing the defect or damage.

4. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable delivery timeframe, please contact me. If the shipment is confirmed as lost, I will issue a replacement or a refund.

5. Returns

As products are made to order, items must not be returned without prior approval. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping Policy

1. General Information

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Alexandra Ruth Bergman Photography. All products are produced on demand and fulfilled through our production partner Gelato. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production begins after the order is confirmed and that delivery times include both production and shipping.

2. Production Time

All products are made to order. Production typically begins immediately after an order is placed.

Estimated production time:

  • 2–5 business days (may vary depending on product type, destination, and seasonal demand)

 

Production times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and carrier.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • United States & Canada: 4–8 business days

  • Rest of the world: 6–15 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak periods.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • destination country

  • product type and size

  • number of items ordered

 

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged by local authorities. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost, unless otherwise stated.

6. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Please note that tracking availability and accuracy depend on the carrier and destination.

 

7. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us. If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. This does not affect statutory consumer rights.

 

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the damaged package and product.
Approved claims will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

10. Partial Deliveries

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on production location and availability.
There is no additional shipping cost for split shipments.
